From there, I transitioned into managing logistics operations for a Class I railway in North America, where I led teams responsible for keeping critical freight moving smoothly across the continent. It was a role that demanded strategic planning, round-the-clock responsiveness, and the ability to stay calm under pressure—especially when every delay had real-world consequences.
